Please review your order carefully before submitting it. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Order cancellation requests are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Shopify's name, logo and other trademarks belong to Shopify. All other names, logos and product or service marks displayed through the Services belong to their respective owners.

UMUMU is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with UMUMU.

By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and UMUMU, including any injury, damage or loss resulting from purchased products or services.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, UMUMU's total liability arising out of or relating to the Services or any product purchased through the Services will be limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product or order.

These limitations apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for matters that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including any mandatory consumer rights or remedies.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless UMUMU, Shopify and their respective affiliates, partners, directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, licensors and service providers from third-party claims, losses, damages and reasonable legal expenses arising directly from your unlawful use of the Services, your violation of these Terms or your infringement of a third party's rights.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you with Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service or the Services shall be submitted to the competent people's court in Tongzhou District, Beijing, People's Republic of China.

Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer protection rights or remedies that may apply to you under the laws of your place of residence or any other applicable law. The jurisdiction of the court shall remain subject to applicable rules on subject-matter jurisdiction and other mandatory jurisdictional requirements.
